Copyright Infringement Notice & Content Removal Policy

Last updated: 09.03.2026

FineEscorts Kenya (fineescorts.co.ke) operates as an online advertising platform. While we are based in Kenya and not subject to United States law, we respect intellectual property rights globally. We voluntarily follow the principles of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") as a best practice. This policy explains how copyright owners can request removal of infringing content from our website.

Submitting a Copyright Infringement Claim

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and posted on FineEscorts Kenya without your permission, please send our Copyright Agent (listed below) a written notice containing the following details:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature, or the signature of someone authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;
  2. A clear description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
  3. The exact location (URL) of the allegedly infringing material on FineEscorts Kenya, or enough detail to help us find it;
  4. Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
  5. A statement that you genuinely believe the disputed use has not been authorized by the copyright owner, their agent, or the law; and
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is correct and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Send your Infringement Notice to our designated Copyright Agent at:

Warning Against False Claims

Submitting a false or misleading copyright notice can result in legal consequences, including financial penalties, court costs, and attorneys' fees under Section 512(f) of the DMCA. These procedures apply only to legitimate copyright infringement claims—not to other legal disputes or complaints. We take abuse of this process seriously and will investigate any misuse. Please make sure you have a valid copyright claim before contacting us.

Our Response to Valid Infringement Notices

Upon receiving a properly completed copyright notice, FineEscorts Kenya will act quickly to remove or block access to the allegedly infringing content. We will also notify the advertiser who posted the content about the removal. We reserve the right to remove any material that appears to infringe on someone else's copyright, even without a formal notice in some cases. It is our policy to terminate the accounts of repeat copyright infringers when appropriate. If a submitted notice does not meet all DMCA requirements but contains the basic necessary information, we will make reasonable efforts to contact the sender to help them correct the notice. After a valid notice is received, we will remove the content and inform the affected advertiser. That advertiser then has the right to send us a counter-notice if they believe the content was removed by mistake.

How to Submit a Counter-Notice

If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or based on misidentification, you may send us a counter-notice. This is the official way to dispute a copyright removal. Any information you provide must be truthful. You may be held liable for damages if you knowingly misrepresent facts in your counter-notice.

To file a valid counter-notice, please include the following information when contacting our Copyright Agent:

  1. A specific description of the material that was removed or disabled;
  2. The original location (URL) of that material on FineEscorts Kenya before it was removed;
  3. A statement explaining your good faith belief that the removal was a mistake. You may use wording similar to:
    "I declare, under penalty of perjury, that I have a good faith belief that the material identified above was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification."
  4. Your physical address, telephone number, and email address;
  5. A statement agreeing to accept service of process from the person who filed the original copyright notice (or that person's agent), and consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district—or, if you are outside Kenya, to any jurisdiction where FineEscorts Kenya may be found.

Your signed counter-notice must be sent to:

FineEscorts Kenya
Attn: Copyright Agent
Email: support@fineescorts.co.ke

Please do not send unrelated inquiries to this address. Our Copyright Agent handles only DMCA counter-notices and related copyright matters.

Once we receive a valid counter-notice, we will forward a copy to the original complainant. If we do not receive notice within 10 to 14 business days that the original complainant has filed a court action seeking to restrain the activity, we will restore or stop disabling access to the disputed material.

Language Requirement

All copyright notices and counter-notices must be submitted in English. Notices written in any other language or using non-English characters will be rejected as non-compliant.

Policy Changes

FineEscorts Kenya may update or change this DMCA policy at any time without prior notice. We encourage all users and copyright holders to review this page periodically to stay informed of any modifications.
